Could you tell me about the parking facilities?
We offer a complimentary parking lot with a capacity of up to 300 vehicles. Please note that the multi-story parking structure has a height limit of 220 cm. Upon arrival, please pull up to the hotel entrance, where our staff will guide you to the parking area. Guests are free to enter and exit the parking lot as many times as they wish, 24 hours a day during their stay.

Children are welcome to stay at our hotel. ・Junior high school students and older are charged the adult rate, while elementary school children and younger are charged child rates. ・Please refer to “Child Rate Details” below for more information. ・Children from preschool age and above are counted as one guest. We’re sorry, but baby cribs are only available in Kids Rooms. However, baby beds are available in the changing area of the public bath, so guests with small children can use the facilities with peace of mind.
Can I rent a stroller?
We’re sorry, but stroller rental is not available. You are welcome to bring your own stroller. It can be used throughout the hotel, including inside the restaurant, so guests with small children can move around comfortably.
Is hot water available for preparing baby formula?
Yes, hot water for preparing baby formula is available in the nursing room.

Luggage

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, a locker room is available on the 3rd floor of Tsubaki-tei. It is accessible 24 hours a day. The lockers can accommodate suitcases up to approximately 105 liters in size. You may use the lockers at any time during your stay. Please note: If the locker key is lost, a replacement fee of JPY 3,000 will be charged.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
Yes, we can hold your luggage if you send it to the hotel in advance. Please contact us prior to shipping your items. We will store your luggage until your check-in date. The following items are available for complimentary rental: Wheelchairs, luggage carts, phone chargers, tweezers, nail clippers, thermometers, wine openers, and umbrellas. Please note that inflatable floats and kickboards are not available for rent. However, floats (50–70 cm, baby boats, etc.) are available for purchase at the spa reception.
Can I borrow a phone charger or mobile battery?
A limited number of phone chargers are available for rental at the front desk. Please note that reservations or advance holds are not available. Kindly inquire at the front desk on the day of use.
Can I request an in-room massage?
Yes, in-room massage services are available. Please contact the front desk on the 3rd floor of Tsubaki-tei to make a request. Facilities & Amenities

Could you tell me about the pool facilities?
Pool access is included in the accommodation fee regardless of the plan you choose. Guests staying at the hotel can use the Garden Spa, Rooftop Pool, Opu-ro, and Water Terrace free of charge on both the day of check-in and the day after. Please note: ・As of February 2, 2025, day-use bathing and spa services are no longer available. ・The Garden Pool, indoor spa, and Opu-ro are swimsuit-required facilities where men and women can enjoy together. They are suitable for families and couples. A viewing area is also available. ・The Garden Spa and Rooftop Pool do not use hot spring water. “Opu-ro” is a swimsuit-required hot spring spa using natural hot spring water. ・A lazy river pool is also available.
Can I use the pool before check-in or after check-out?
If you arrive before check-in time, you may use the pool from 10:00 AM. Please proceed directly to the spa reception. After check-out, you may also use the facilities by completing the procedure at the spa reception. When is the best time to see cherry blossoms?
In conjunction with the cherry blossom season along the Kinugawa Onsen Sakura-lined street, events such as live music performances and street shows are scheduled near Kinugawa-Onsen Station. Is there a shuttle bus to the ski resort?
A shuttle bus operates during the winter season (e.g., December 21 to March 30 for the 2024–2025 season), running on weekends and public holidays only. Advance reservation is required, and seating is limited. Schedule: ・Outbound: Kinugawa-Onsen Station (9:00 AM) → Edelweiss Ski Resort (arrives at 9:50 AM) ・Return: Ski Resort (4:00 PM) → Kinugawa-Onsen Station (approx. 5:00 PM) Times may vary depending on road and weather conditions. The Welcome Lunch is a light meal service provided for arriving guests. Please note that alcohol is not served at breakfast.
